I believe in alternative medicine, and massage therapy is one of the most holistic aspects of the field. The benefits of touch positively affect the mind, body, and spirit.
To perfect my art and provide my clients with the best possible service, I constantly study anatomy and orthopedic texts. I also participate in seminars from top massage educators such as Eric Dalton.

Reflexology – I spend so much time on my feet; reflexology is a great way to relieve tired arches and help the rest of my body.
To keep healthy and flexible, our bodies require a variety of different movements. Try to incorporate as many small stretches as you can into each day, especially if you sit at a computer. This is enough to keep muscles from shortening and to pump blood and oxygen to areas that are painful due to lack of movement.
