Center MedSpa is proud to introduce the Palomar StarLux 500 laser and pulsed light platform to the Chattanooga area. We offer the world’s most advanced esthetic procedures for permanent hair reduction, pigmented lesion removal, fractional skin resurfacing and tightening, and vascular treatment.

Photorejuvenation

State-of-the-art intense pulsed light technology. This “no down time” procedure will reduce the appearance of sun damage, red spots, spider veins, rosacea, and excess pigmentation. Additionally, the pulsed light induces collagen production to enhance skin tone and texture and reduces apparent pore size. This procedure restores a youthful luminescent glow to the skin and can be performed on any area of the body, including the face, neck, chest, arms, and hands.

Fractional Resurfacing

Palomar pioneered the process of using microbeams of laser energy for skin resurfacing. With little to no down time, this cutting-edge laser technology aims to reduce the appearance of fine lines, wrinkles, and scars with high efficacy and comfort for real “wow!” results. Unlike other systems, this technology is not limited to the face, but can be safely used on most areas of the body, including the face, neck, chest, arms, and hands.

Laser Hair Reduction

This fast, comfortable series of treatments results in significant permanent hair reduction. It is safe on all skin types and is effective for most hair colors. Consultation

Consultations are required prior to any scheduled Palomar laser procedures and are provided by our lead esthetician, Tish Jackson, Dr. Natalie Johnson, or Dr. Jeffrey Jump. Allow 30 minutes for the visit. It will include a detailed explanation of the laser service plus address pricing and all other questions and concerns. We will also supply you with pre & post treatment instructions. Consultations are $50, which is refunded at the time of your first laser service.
