If the appointment is cancelled after the 24 hour mark, your card on file will be charged.
- First time cancellation fee is $50
- Second or more cancellation fee is $100
- Cancellation fee for Tox appointments is $50
- Cancellation fee for filler appointments is $100
Groups or individuals with multiple services are required to leave a NONREFUNDABLE deposit of $50 per service, per person.
A NONREFUNDABLE deposit is required to book an appointment online. This credit can be used towards the service or product.
Minors:
Must be 12 years or older to receive any treatment. Minors 12-16 years old are required by law to be accompanied by parent/guardian in the treatment room. Minors under 18 must have written consent from parent/guardian.
